CEO + Co-founder
Megan Freiburger Moore is the Chief Executive Officer of Fortuna Solutions Group, where she drives strategic vision, fosters growth, and creates value for stakeholders. With extensive experience in the defense industry, including roles as Chief Operating Officer and Contracting Officer for the U.S. Navy’s Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) Class destroyer surface combatant ship, she has successfully negotiated over $13B in contracts and earned multiple awards for excellence in acquisition.
Lauren Ayers
COO, CFO + Co-Founder
Lauren C. Ayers is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Fortuna Solutions Group, overseeing daily operations and co-leading business development strategies. Her extensive industry and government experience includes successful negotiation on over $20B in contracts, responsibility for portfolios valued at over $40B, and the provision of strategic advice on over $300B of procurements. Lauren is also an Advisory Board member for firms in the federal contracting space.

Megan Kusina is a Contracts and Procurement Consultant at Fortuna Solutions Group. Her extensive Department of Defense experience spans the full acquisition lifecycle for multiple, multi-billion-dollar programs. She has led the successful negotiation of $35B in shipbuilding contracts, including the new construction of Virginia Class Submarines and John Lewis (TAO 205) Fleet Replenishment Oilers, in addition to managing portfolios totaling over $20 billion in U.S. Navy and U.S. Space Force contracts.
